In Kenya, the Power to You(th) programme is being implemented in four counties (Homa Bay, Kajiado, Migori and Siaya) led by a consortium of five organisations: Amref Health Africa, the Network for Adolescent and Youth for Africa (NAYA), Siaya Muungano Network (SIMUN), Tunaweza Empowerment Organization (Migori) and Wanawake Wavuvi (WA-WA) (Homa Bay and Kajiado). With a high prevalence of FGM, teen pregnancy, and SGBV, patriarchy is deeply embedded in these counties.
