We began in 2021 and can confidently conclude that the first year of the Power To You(th) program has been a success. Challenges, such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the political environment, affected program implementation due to conservative norms, elections, and even a war in Ethiopia. Despite these obstacles, the consortium established structures that began implementation in its countries at regional and global levels and achieved its first results. We are proud to say that we have already been able to empower youth, strengthen CSOs, dialogue with progressive and conservative societal actors, organise (social) media campaigns, and engage with state actors at all levels (local, national, and international). And we will do so again in 2022. Our Outcome Harvesting Logbook is a living document in which we continuously document and monitor our achieved outcomes, demonstrating excellent results across all four pathways and levels of our ToC.
